bernaise, dessert, alfredo, et.al.), how to create the
perfect omlette, how to purchase meats and produce, proper
knife usage, how to freeze properly, shortcuts, how to
properly season, hints from top restaurants, etc. -- Learn
everything from the every day to the high-end gourmet
(sushi, peking duck, beef wellington, and more!).
